Our team closed on the “Consultancy to determine the status of compliance of CARIFORUM legal and regulatory framework with Article 142(2) of the CARIFORUM-EU Economic Partnership Agreement” Project, based at the CARICOM Secretariat in Guyana, with flying colours. The Virtual Stakeholders’ Consultation Meeting was a success and the recommendations made to the model framework which CARIFORUM States should implement to create conducive legal and institutional arrangements to facilitate the licensing of foreign technologies in CARIFORUM States, was approved. We’re looking forward to other exciting opportunities to collaborate with the Secretariat.
